VIC Properties has launched the sale of Sunrise, the last riverfront building of Prata Riverside Village. Made up of 56 apartments, Sunrise seeks to take the essence of the project to its highest expression.
With typologies ranging from T1 to T4, Sunrise offers a distinctive proposition compared to the other buildings at Prata, focusing on the provision of exclusive services. Residents of the new building will be able to enjoy an exclusive gym, a co-working space and private gardens. At present, Prata Riverside Village has a total of 653 homes sold, with 49 remaining on the market. Of the 833 units planned, 594 have already been completed and 108 are under construction. These figures reflect the diversity of the resident community, made up of more than 40 nationalities, with a predominance of Portuguese residents, who represent more than 50% of the total.
