He began his career directing and technically coordinating large-scale projects across the residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments, with a notable tenure as site manager for several plots of Prata Riverside Village, where he drove technical management, planning, and on-site cost control, building deep expertise across the entire building lifecycle.
As Head of Procurement at VIC Properties, André Reis leads the group’s purchasing strategy, engineering, and commercial operations through an integrated approach, overseeing cost planning, negotiation, and sourcing for landmark developments including Prata Riverside Village, Pinheirinho Comporta, and Matinha.
