The candidate to be recruited should have the following profile:
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a foreman, preferably in the area of luxury housing;
Ability to coordinate several subcontract works;
Team management skills;
Guarantee compliance with deadlines / objectives;
On site production management skills;
Ability to lead a team and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers;
Ease of interpersonal relations, customer orientation, versatility and flexibility to adapt to different contexts and stakeholders;
Leadership skills and proactivity;
Problem-solving skills;
Command of Computer Tools (Office Suite).
The project’s main objectives will be:
Manage all the stages of the work in accordance with the established objectives;
Guarantee the objectives defined in terms of execution time, quality standards and profitability;
Guarantee the execution of the activities, respecting the rules of good construction;
Comply with and enforce the legal standards, regulations in force, health and safety at work;
Supervision, monitoring and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers on the work fronts;
